The Inquiry wishes to hear from any members of the public, emergency responders and others who were present at the Arena on 22 May 2017 and who have information which may help its investigation into the bombing.
The Inquiry particularly wishes to hear from anyone who was present in the City Room before the explosion or who was present at / around the Arena or Manchester Victoria Station after the explosion and witnessed the emergency response.
