Manchester Arena Inquiry concludes

Following the end of Volume Two and Volume Three Monitored Recommendation hearings on w/c 5 June 2023, the Manchester Arena Inquiry has concluded. Volume Three: Radicalisation and Preventability

The Chairman of the Manchester Arena Inquiry has published Volume Three of his report into the death of the 22 victims of the attack on 22nd May 2017. This report, Volume Three: Radicalisation and Preventability, will examine the evidence heard by the Chairman on the radicalisation of Salman Abedi, the planning and preparation of the attack and whether the attack could have been prevented. The report is available here.

Hearings Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th October postponed

Chapter 12 hearings due to take place on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th October have had to be postponed. These hearings, which were due to hear evidence relating to Saffie-Rose Roussos will be heard at a later date, yet to be set.

The Inquiry will resume hearings at 9.30am on Wednesday 6th October.
