The Inquiry heard evidence from North West Ambulance Service Hazardous Area Response Team (HART) Leader Simon Beswick and North West Ambulance Service HART paramedic Christopher Hargreaves .
The hearing was streamed to the Inquiry YouTube channel. The stream was operating on a 10-minute delay.
