Chapter 11 Hearing, 20 September

In the morning of 20 September, the Inquiry heard oral submissions on the use of a special advocate during Chapter 14 on preventability.

In the afternoon, the Inquiry heard Chapter 11 evidence covering the detonation of the bomb and its effect. Forensic pathologist Dr Philip Lumb gave evidence.

The hearing was streamed to the Inquiry YouTube channel. The stream was operating on a 3-minute delay.
