Chapter 8 Hearing, 16 December

The Inquiry is hearing Chapter 8 evidence related to planning and preparation for the attack.

The Inquiry heard legal submissions on various procedural issues, including submissions from the legal representative of Ahmed Taghdi on his attendance to give evidence.

The Inquiry also heard evidence from civilian witness Khalid Balaam. This witness evidence was streamed to the Inquiry YouTube channel. The stream was operating on a 10-minute delay.
