Chapter 10 Hearing, 18 January

The Inquiry is hearing Chapter 10 evidence covering the emergency response.

Counsel to the Inquiry opened Chapter 10 by providing an introduction to key events within the emergency response timeline. T/Insp Michael Russell from Greater Manchester Police outlined the sequence of events of the emergency service response.

The hearing  was streamed to the Inquiry YouTube channel. The stream was operating on a 10-minute delay.
