Chapter 10 Hearing, 20 January

The Inquiry is hearing Chapter 10 evidence covering the emergency response.

The Inquiry heard from T/Insp Michael Russell from Greater Manchester Police, who outlined the sequence of events of the emergency service response.

The hearing  was streamed to the Inquiry YouTube channel. The stream was operating on a 10-minute delay.
