Chapter 13 Hearing, 20 October

The Inquiry is hearing Chapter 13 evidence covering the background and radicalisation of Salman Abedi.

The Inquiry heard evidence from Director of Protect and Prepare in the Office for Security and Counter Terrorism (OCST) Sean Hipgrave and an application for the adjournment of Abdalraouf Abdallah’s evidence session.

The hearing was streamed to the Inquiry YouTube channel. The stream was operating on a 10-minute delay.
