Chapter 7 Hearing, 20 October

The Inquiry continues to hear Chapter 7 evidence related to the Manchester Arena complex and security arrangements.

The Inquiry heard evidence from Michael Russell from Greater Manchester Police, PCSO Mark Renshaw from British Transport Police, and Christopher Wild, Julie Whitley and Martin McGuffie, members of the public who were present on the night.

The hearing was streamed to the Inquiry YouTube channel. The stream was operating on a 10-minute delay.
