Volume 2 is divided into two sub-volumes: Volume 2-I and Volume 2-II. Volume 2-I is 695 pages long. Volume 2-I begins with a Preface and then continues with Parts 9 to 16. Volume 2-II is 189 pages long. It contains Parts 17 to 21 and the Appendices. A list of the names of the twenty-two who died is at page vii of Volume 2-I and at page iii of Volume 2-II.

Sorrell Leczkowski

Sorrell Leczkowski was unlawfully killed on 22nd May 2017 in the City Room of the Manchester Arena in the Victoria Exchange Complex.

When the bomb was detonated, Sorrell Leczkowski was approximately six metres from the seat of the explosion.151

Following the detonation, Sorrell Leczkowski was lying on her right side on the floor of the City Room. She was not moving.152

In the period that followed, efforts were made to help Sorrell Leczkowski by her mother, Showsec staff, ETUK first aiders and police officers.153

Sorrell Leczkowski was given CPR for more than half an hour. CPR was stopped at 23:08 and Sorrell Leczkowski was covered with clothing a couple of minutes later.154

A tag was placed on Sorrell Leczkowski at 23:46 to confirm that she was dead.155

A post‑mortem examination confirmed that Sorrell Leczkowski’s death was caused by a neck injury. Her injuries were sustained as a result of the explosion. Her injuries were unsurvivable.156
