A ruling from the Chair on Core Participant status and the disclosure of Security Experts’ report to the Health and Safety Executive

The Chairman of the Manchester Arena Inquiry, Sir John Saunders, has made a ruling on the application for Core Participant status by Kyle Lawler, and a ruling on the disclosure of the Security Experts’ report to the Health and Safety Executive.
