Tim Suter is a partner at Fieldfisher LLP. He has experience of advising those conducting independent inquiries and inquests. His role is to assist the Chairman on legal issues that may arise in the course of the Inquiry’s investigation. Tim recently acted as the solicitor to the Hillsborough Inquests and Birmingham 1974 pub bombings Inquests. He has previously acted as the deputy solicitor to the inquests into the London Bombings of 7 July 2005 and the public inquiry into the death of the Russian dissident, Alexander Litvinenko.
Katherine Leslie is a Senior Associate (New Zealand qualified) at Fieldfisher LLP. She supports the Solicitor to the Inquiry and assists on legal and evidential matters in the Inquiry’s investigation. Katherine has experience working on complex public inquiries and investigations having worked for a permanent commission of inquiry, health regulators and a public service broadcaster.
Laura Taylor is a Senior Associate at Fieldfisher LLP, specialising in inquest and inquiry law. Laura has previously worked on the Hillsborough Inquests, the Birmingham 1974 Pub Bombing Inquests, the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, the Undercover Policing Inquiry and for a Core Participant to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. She has a particular focus in advising on and managing disclosure in large scale, complex and multi-party investigations.
